To celebrate the end of the Islamic festival of Ramadan, we had a special Eid Al Fitr meal. On the menu we had vegetable samosas, lamb and spinach curry, aubergine, chickpea and potato curry served with white rice or pilau rice. For dessert we had Gulam Jamun with vanilla ice cream or sliced fresh fruit including mangoes.
It was delicious!
